Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at BackStory. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased within 30 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
For intimates or apparel, the tags must still attached and items unworn

To process a return:

Simply log into your account
View the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance by emailing us at customerservice@backstorynyc.com

Sales Items

Unfortunately, sales items cannot be refunded. Only regularly priced items can be refunded or exchanged.
